I offer a free discovery session then a block of four one to one sessions to teach you very simple breathing techniques and a little more knowledge about your life giving breath.
Discovery session – 20 minutes mutual exploration to discover how yogic breathing will enhance your life.
After the Discovery session you can book a block of four x 30 minute one to one sessions which will give you:
- access to guided audio tracks
- PDF breath guide
- email support during the 4 weeks
At the end of the four sessions you will have your own breath toolkit.

We’ll work specifically on your health goals using the best breathing practices to serve you. This is highly-individualized and designed to help you get the most benefits in the least amount of time possible.
PREPARE FOR CLASS
- Turn off your phone
- Avoid caffeine or sugar immediately before session
- Schedule 30 minutes uninterrupted
